Product description Medino® Hotstart E-Taq DNA Polymerase is a hot-start DNA polymerase with double antibody independently developed by the company. This product closes not only the Taq DNA, the polymerase 5 ′-3 ′ polymerase activity, but also the 5 ′-3 ′ exonuclease activity. Heating the 30 sec blocking antibody at the pre-denaturation temperature was completely inactivated, releasing DNA polymerase activity and exonuclease activity. The double sealing feature can not only effectively prevent the nonspecific amplification caused by mismatch or primer dimer, but also effectively inhibit the decrease of fluorescence signal generated by probe degradation, and the double guarantee makes the in vitro detection reagent more stable in transportation or use at room temperature.   Components
