This series of enzyme-linked immunosorbent plates is made from high-purity polystyrene material, offering excellent uniformity. The detachable design of the strips allows for easy removal and flexible experimentation. Different adsorption strengths and color specifications are available for selection.
Microplates with varying adsorption strengths can be chosen based on the molecular weight and hydrophobicity of the protein: High-adsorption microplates exhibit strong adsorption for antibodies or antigens with a molecular weight greater than 50 kDa; medium-adsorption microplates have low non-specific adsorption and a lower background.
Different colored microplates can be selected based on the detection method: Transparent plates are used for colorimetric detection, white plates are used for luminescent detection, and black plates are used for fluorescent detection .
