This series of microplates is made from high-purity polystyrene material, offering excellent uniformity. The detachable design of the plates allows for easy removal and handling, facilitating flexible experimentation. Various options for adsorption strength and color specifications are available.
Different adsorption strength microplates can be selected based on the molecular weight and hydrophobicity of the proteins: high-adsorption microplates provide strong adsorption for antibodies or antigens with a molecular weight greater than 50 kDa; medium-adsorption microplates exhibit low non-specific adsorption, resulting in a lower background.
Different color microplates can be chosen based on the detection method: transparent specifications are used for colorimetric detection, white specifications are used for luminescent detection, and black specifications are designed for fluorescent detection.
