qNTQX® V Universal Multiplex One Step RT-qPCR Probe Kit (LM602006). This kit combines reverse transcription of RNA and subsequent quantitative amplification in a single reaction tube. It contains 2× MP Buffer and an Enzyme Mix with heat-resistant V Reverse Transcriptase and HotStart Taq DNA Polymerase. The optimized buffer contains Mg²⁺ and dNTPs and supports up to four-plex reactions. Add assay-specific primers, fluorescent probes, RNA template and water.

Performance & validation
The handbook describes multiplex RNA detection with up to four targets in a single-tube RT-qPCR workflow. Heat-stable reverse transcriptase synthesizes cDNA, followed by hot-start Taq amplification.
