LM102110 NUCQX® Magnetic Bead-Based Viral, Bacterial and Fungal Genomic DNA Extraction Kit uses functional nanomagnetic beads to capture nucleic acids from sample lysates. The handbook provides separate pretreatment routes for bacterial cultures, fungal cultures, swab and blood samples, and virus-containing samples. Magnetic separation and washing purify the extract without phenol or chloroform. Pre-aliquoted plates support specified automated extractors, while bulk reagents support manual extraction or compatible automated dispensing.
