LM102147 NUCQX® Animal Virus Fast DNA/RNA Extraction Kit uses superparamagnetic beads to extract, enrich and purify animal viral nucleic acids. A combined Lysis/Binding Buffer simplifies reagent handling, and neither supply format contains Proteinase K. The handbook covers blood and other liquid samples, swabs, tissue, feces and environmental samples after appropriate pretreatment. Bottled kits support manual or compatible automated extraction; pre-filled plates support magnetic-rod-based automation.

Yes. The kit is designed for animal viral DNA/RNA extraction using a unified workflow. Four pre-filled 96-well plates, each providing 8 preparations, plus four sets of 8-rod magnetic bar sleeves. Neither format contains Proteinase K, and the supplied protocol does not require a separate Proteinase K step. A magnetic rack and the equipment specified in the protocol.
