LM102148 NUCQX® Universal Magnetic Bead-Based Plant DNA Extraction Kit (Papain) combines magnetic-bead DNA capture with plant sample pretreatment using CY Reagent and papain. The handbook lists leaf samples from sweet potato, cotton, rice, maize, wheat, tobacco and soybean, and seed samples including waxy maize. It provides automated and manual protocols.
