LM102111 NUCQX® Universal Magnetic Bead-Based Plant DNA Extraction Kit captures DNA from plant lysates on functional magnetic beads, removes impurities by washing and releases purified DNA for downstream use. The handbook lists seven crop leaf types and four crop seed types. Pre-aliquoted and bulk packs support different laboratory workflows. Purified DNA is suitable for PCR, qPCR, microarrays, NGS library preparation, Southern blot and molecular cloning.
Crop leaf and seed coverage
Leaf samples include sweet potato, cotton, rice, maize, wheat, tobacco and soybean. Seed samples include rice, wheat, maize and soybean.
Flexible processing
Manual and automated extraction protocols are provided, with grinding options for different plant materials.
RNase-supported purification
RNase and CY Reagent are included. The workflow avoids phenol, chloroform and β-mercaptoethanol.
