qNTQX® Lyo-Ready I TaqMan Multiplex qPCR Mix (Bead in Tubes) (LM602011-C). Supplied as lyophilized beads prepared from LM602011, this reagent supports probe-based multiplex qPCR using DNA templates. Primers and probes are not included. The formulation is compatible with several dual-labeled probes and Molecular Beacons. Room-temperature transport is specified, while long-term storage remains at −25 to −15°C, protected from light.
Ready-made bead format
No user freeze-drying step is needed. Reconstitute one bead in a final 25 µL reaction.
Flexible probe choice
Compatible with FAM, HEX, TET, JOE and ROX dual-labeled probes, and Molecular Beacon probes.

Reference cycling
95°C for 5 min; 45 cycles of 95°C for 15 s and 60°C for 30 s. Adjust annealing conditions for the assay.
