The ValliQ®Cell-Free DNA Sample Storage Tube can be directly used for blood sample collection and transportation, while stabilizing the free DNA (Cell-Free DNA) within it.
The ValliQ® Cell-Free DNA Sample Storage Tube can be directly used for blood sample collection and transportation, while stabilizing the free DNA (Cell-Free DNA) within it. It is composed of EDTA anticoagulant and a special protective agent that effectively inhibits nucleases in plasma and prevents the release of genomic DNA from blood nucleated cells. This product is suitable for non-invasive prenatal screening and research related to the early diagnosis of certain diseases.
After collecting a blood sample using the ValliQ®Cell-Free DNA Sample Storage Tube, free DNA can be stably preserved at 6-37°C for up to 14 days, providing great convenience for blood sample transportation and storage.
The blood samples in the Cell-Free DNA Sample Storage Tube can undergo free DNA extraction using most commercial kits. The extracted free DNA can be applied to downstream testing and analysis. At the same time, this product can also be used for the preservation of genomic DNA from nucleated blood cells.
