Product overview
ValliQ® Sterile Sampling Bags (ME101055) provide flexible containers for sample collection, storage and transport. Standard PE bags use an extruded tubular construction without side heat seals, with a tear-off top and heat-sealed bottom. Round-wire and round/flat-wire closures, clear or writable formats, and selected filter or stand-up versions accommodate different workflows. Specifications vary by model; blender bags and other custom products in the catalog are separate options.
Convenient sample handling
Easy-tear opening and pull tabs help open the bag for insertion of solid, semi-solid or liquid samples.
Seamless-side construction
Standard PE bags have no side heat seals and use a heat-sealed bottom.
Application-specific options
Choose standard bags, full-width filter bags for homogenization/filtration, or K-base stand-up bags for liquid handling.

Pack rows summarize discrete catalog options, not every capacity within a range. Select the exact catalog model, dimensions, writing area and closure when ordering. ME101055-to-variant ordering codes are not supplied. Filter models M380190AA100X, M380254AA100X and M380380AB100X list case totals inconsistent with inner packs; confirm quantities. Performance & validation
Standard bags combine a sterile interior, an easy-tear opening and seamless sides for sample handling. The catalog describes extrusion at 220–240°C, closed handling before opening, and sterility checks. Selected full-width filter bags combine sampling, homogenization and filtration with a PE membrane below 280 µm. No numerical sterility assurance level, leak-pressure or mechanical-strength test data are provided. Source: ME101055 catalog, pp. 3–10.
Sterility-focused manufacture
The catalog describes closed production and sterility testing; bags remain closed until opened.
Fewer side-seal joints
Extruded tubular PE eliminates side heat seals on standard bags.
Integrated filtration option
Selected filter bags use a full-width PE membrane below 280 µm and support homogenizer workflows.
