Product overview
qNTQX® Universal TaqMan Pro U+ qPCR Mix (One Tube), catalog no. LM203026, is a 2× probe-based multiplex qPCR premix built on an antibody-mediated hot-start Taq DNA polymerase. It is supplied ready to use as a single-tube reagent for DNA amplification and includes a dUTP/UDG carryover-contamination control system. The premix is intended for laboratories developing or running multiplex, probe-based qPCR assays on standard real-time PCR instruments, and is supplied for research use only.
Probe-based multiplexing
Develop multiplex assays with your target-specific primers and probes. Validate the panel, fluorophores and reaction conditions for your workflow.
Antibody hot-start technology
Antibody-based hot-start Taq supports specific amplification. The formulation is designed to limit non-specific amplification in multiplex qPCR.
dUTP / UDG protection
A carryover-control system helps reduce contamination from uracil-containing amplification products. It complements appropriate laboratory controls and clean working practices.

Product FAQs
LM203026 is a probe-based multiplex qPCR premix. Use it with target-specific primers and probes; it is not a SYBR Green master mix. “One Tube” refers to the single 2× qPCR premix. Add your target-specific primers, probes, DNA template and water to prepare the reaction. Primers and probes are not included. If you prepare assay premixes in advance, validate their stability with your specific formulation. This protocol is for DNA amplification and does not include a reverse-transcription step. Direct RNA amplification has not been established here. For RNA workflows, contact SHT to select a reverse-transcription step or a dedicated one-step RT-qPCR product. Yes. LM203026 includes a dUTP/UDG carryover-control system. The standard protocol provides an optional digestion step at 37°C for 5 minutes. Continue to use appropriate negative controls and clean working practices. Store at −25 to −15°C; shelf life is 18 months. The 7-day study at 37°C evaluates stability under test conditions, not routine storage or shipping. Contact SHT for shipping conditions. The LM203026 evaluation compares four multiplex groups with a −20°C control after 4°C and 37°C treatments for 7 days and after 50 freeze–thaw cycles. Three groups are quadruplex and one is triplex. Reported ΔCt stays within ±0.5 and fluorescence deviation within 15%. See the original report and study conditions above. Choose from 100, 1,000, 10,000, 15,000 or 20,000 tests, based on 25 μL reactions. Include your preferred pack size in your quotation request. SHT will confirm pack configuration and current availability. No. LM203026 is for scientific research use only, not for diagnostic or clinical procedures.
