qNTQX® Lyo-Ready I TaqMan Multiplex qPCR Mix (LM602011). This lyophilizable liquid reagent contains hot-start Fast Taq DNA polymerase, dNTPs, lyoprotectants and other components required for freeze-drying. Combine it with assay-specific primers and probes and apply a validated lyophilization process. The formulation supports dual-labeled probes and Molecular Beacons and contains no ROX reference dye. The supplied liquid is stored frozen.

Performance & validation
The formulation enables preparation of lyophilized multiplex DNA qPCR reagents using built-in protectants and hot-start Taq. A reference freeze-drying cycle and qPCR programme are provided.
